“Mi casa es su casa” means “My house is your house.”   It’s like saying, “Make yourself at home.”  This couple did just that for the 100 guests that flew to Cabo San Lucas, Mexico to celebrate their wedding day.  The week was full of activities including a welcome party at a local pub in the most adorable Mexican authentic downtown you’ve seen, beach olympics, and a boat ride that included a whale sighting.  This wedding was full of emotion as the couple had thought of so many meaningful ways to show love to those around them.  My favorite parts of the day included the toast to Zac’s father who passed away a few years ago, the hankies honoring Katie’s mother and father, and when Katie’s dad fixed the train of her gown after walking her down the isle.  After a chapel wedding, we headed a few minutes away to Mi Casa.  This authentic Mexican restaurant had character and charm.  It was the perfect location to capture this wedding party that was ready to celebrate.  We headed to the reception full of meaningful toasts to the couple, a dance floor that was packed, and sparklers to say goodnight to the couple who lights up their loved ones’ lives.
