“Mi casa es su casa” means “My house is your house.” It’s like saying, “Make yourself at home.” This couple did just that for the 100 guests that flew to Cabo San Lucas, Mexico to celebrate their wedding day. The week was full of activities including a welcome party at a local pub in the most adorable Mexican authentic downtown you’ve seen, beach olympics, and a boat ride that included a whale sighting. This wedding was full of emotion as the couple had thought of so many meaningful ways to show love to those around them. My favorite parts of the day included the toast to Zac’s father who passed away a few years ago, the hankies honoring Katie’s mother and father, and when Katie’s dad fixed the train of her gown after walking her down the isle. After a chapel wedding, we headed a few minutes away to Mi Casa. This authentic Mexican restaurant had character and charm. It was the perfect location to capture this wedding party that was ready to celebrate. We headed to the reception full of meaningful toasts to the couple, a dance floor that was packed, and sparklers to say goodnight to the couple who lights up their loved ones’ lives.

From family vacations, weekend pancakes, and outings for ice cream they always make it a swell time. As these parents use their gifts to change the world with their team at Latitude, they also pour into their children who all have amazing personalities. You can view more of their simple moments in this video here.
Meet this family of 5. Never short on personality, their boys are forever entertaining. Similarly, their little girl is not short on being adorable. I loved capturing these sweet, silly years and making memories. This family is full of laughter and this amazing couple is not short on love. You can view their video here. Enjoy!
I had the privilege of capturing this family last year and now this year they have one more little person! This uber creative mom is full of ideas and color! Their home is adorable and you instantly feel happy walking in. We ventured into the woods to incorporate their love of nature and hikes at this local woods near their home. We then went back to enjoy one of their favorite activities — cuddling with books. I love how this mom enjoys the simple moments of these sweet years.
Meet these two smarties. As they study their hearts out in med school, it’s easy to see they adore each other. One of their favorite dates includes going for breakfast so it was an easy decision to begin at one of their favorites with coffee (who could survive med school without coffee?!) and a yummy fall treat. We then traveled to a a beautiful nature area in Edina to capture some of the fall colors and their affection for each other. I can’t wait for their June date and capture all the details of their special day. See more of their session captured on video here.
